Personal Use
● Each commissioned work are a license of the commissioner and the artist.
● Artist have the right to include your work in portfolio and/or personal art book. The artist may not report the number of prints but will ask permission from the commissioner first.
● Any work process, previews, and finished work will be used for promoting on the artist platform without asking for permission from the commissioner. Please inform me if you not willing to.
● Clients are not allowed to use work for any commercial purpose.

Commercial use
● Each commissioned work are a license of the commissioner and the artist.
● Artist might include your work in portfolio and/or personal art book, but with the permission of the commissioner only, and will report the number of prints.
● Any work process, previews, and finished work will be asked for permission before used for promoting on the artist platform. Please inform if not willing to.
● The client has the rights to use work for any commercial purpose for any reasons.

WORKING PROCESS

Step 1 : Contact via Twitter, Facebook or Email and send references (such as character pose, atmosphere, clothes, etc.) so we can discuss in details.
Step 2 : Wait until I send you a rough sketch. May take a couple of days or a week to sketch.
Step 3 : After you confirm the sketch. I will summarize prices and send the payment methods (Paypal only / USD or Thai Bath are accepted ).Work will start after paid. I will keep updating the progress.
Step 4 : After the work is done. I will send work to you. You will get Completed work in JPG and PNG Files.

Fixing more than 3 times will have additional charge. Include all process.
Note 1 : Image size and Resolution are not fixed. Also the ratio. If you've not specified, It will start at 1000 - 5000 Pixel/Resolution 300 DPI. Decrease or increase depending on the details of your order.
Note 2 : The price rate shown below is for Personal Commission ONLY. For Commercial price will be calculated by (Personal Price) + (60% of Personal Price)

● งานคอมมิชชั่นทุกงานถือเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ทั้งของผู้ว่าจ้างและผู้วาด
● ผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์นำงานลงในแฟ้มสะสมผลงานหรือหนังสือภาพ ผู้วาดอาจไม่รายงานจำนวนการพิมพ์แต่จะขอความยินยอมจากผู้ว่าจ้างก่อน
● ทุกขั้นตอนการวาด, ตัวอย่างภาพ และ ตัวงานที่เสร็จแล้ว จะถูกนำไปเผยแพร่ในช่องทางการลงผลงานของผู้วาดโดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตจากผู้ว่าจ้าง โปรดแจ้งความประสงค์หากไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่
● ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สามารถนำผลงานไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ใดๆทั้งสิ้น

● ทุกขั้นตอนการวาด, ตัวอย่างภาพ และ ตัวงานที่เสร็จแล้วจะมีการขออนุญาตก่อนนำไปเผยแพร่ในช่องทางการลงผลงานของผู้วาด โปรดแจ้งความประสงค์หากไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่
● ผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิ์นำผลงานไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์แบบใดเพื่อจุดประสงค์ใดก็ได้

WORKING PROCESS

Step 1 : ติดต่อนักวาดทาง Twitter, Facebook หรือ Email และส่งรายละเอียดของงานรวมถึงภาพอ้างอิง (เช่น ท่าโพสต์, บรรยากาศ, เสื้อผ้า, เป็นต้น)
Step 2 : นักวาดจะส่งภาพร่างให้กับผู้ว่าจ้าง ขั้นตอนนี้อาจใช้เวลาวาดประมาณ 2-3 วัน หรือภายใน 1 อาทิตย์
Step 3 : หลังจากภาพร่างผ่านแล้ว นักวาดจะคำนวนราคาว่าจ้างและส่งรายละเอียดพร้อมกับช่องทางการโอนเงิน การทำงานจะเริ่มขึ้นหลังจากมีการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว นักวาดจะทยอยอัพเดตความคืบหน้าของงานเรื่อยๆ
Step 4 : หลังจากงานเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว นักวาดจะส่งผลงานให้กับผู้ว่าจ้างในรูปแบบของไฟล์ภาพ JPG และ PNG

ภายในกระบวนการทำงานสามารถแก้ไขงานได้ 3 ครั้ง หากมีการแก้งานครั้งถัดไปจะมีการคิดราคาเพิ่ม
หมายเหตุ 1 : ขนาดของไฟล์ ความละเอียด (Resolution) และสัดส่วนของภาพจะไม่ตายตัว โดยภาพจะมีขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 1000 - 5000 Pixel และความละเอียด 300 DPI
หมายเหตุ 2 : เรทราคาที่แสดงข้างล่างเป็นราคาสำหรับผลงานเพื่อส่วนบุคคล(Personal Use)เท่านั้น หากต้องการผลงานสำหรับใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ ราคาจะคำนวนจาก (ราคา Personal Use) + (60% ของราคา Personal Use)
